The Dutch Gebruiker Centraal (User Needs First) community will be hosting the three-day Rotterdam International Design in Government Conference in November 2019.
What can you expect?
- Three days of keynotes and workshops
On service design, user-centered design, inclusive design and related fields.
- Share knowledge & reuse tools
In in-depth workshops we will localize tools, methods and software. Leave the conference with workshop templates, a UX maturity score, a ready-to-use workshop game, etc. etc. Translated in your own language and ready to (re-)use the day you arrive home!
You’ll visit interesting initiatives and organisations in Dutch government in The Hague, Amsterdam and other cities nearby.
- Connect with 800 of your peers
Connect with 800 of your international peers that work in the fields of policy, delivery and service design.
The conference is free to attend. However, attendees (including presenters) will need to cover expenses for accomodation and travel.
Come and join us in November 2019! We’ll set the definite dates very soon.
