In this excursion we take you along a project we’ve done in the past. We get out of the office for a site visit of StaatNotes. StraatNotes is is a smart digital notebook used by street coaches of the youth and safety division. In Amsterdam action is taken on different levels when dealing with criminal and nuisance causing youths. The street coaches are out every day, talking with these youngsters in order to prevent any inconvenience. The information they are gathering is used by the division of youth and safety in different parts in town to map out the hotspots that need extra attention and care. Therefore this information needs to be accurate and safe.

Together with the division of youth and safety and the street coaches we’ve developed StaatNotes, a digital notebook used on the streets of Amsterdam. Along the way we’ll give you details on how we execute FiXXX within the City of Amsterdam.
