Wigo4it cooperative and UX Lab Municipality of The Hague

The goal of this excursion is to share and discuss the experiences, challenges and lessons learned by Wigo4it in the field of User Experience (UX) while visiting the workplaces where UX Strategy, Research and Design take place. During this half day experience, you will first visit the office of the cooperative where Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, UXers and social civil servants work together to improve the experience of thousands of citizens and civil servants from the four biggest municipalities. Then you will have the chance to drop by the UX Lab of the municipality of The Hague, one of the locations where solutions created by Wigo4it and the municipalities are user tested.

Audience: UX Strategists, UX Leads, UX Managers, UX Researchers and UX designers working in government organizations. Other professionals trying to implement a user centred approach in their organizations.
