From getting started with content design to recognizing biases in your designs, the second day of the conference was packed with breakout sessions. On this page: links to further information, including presentations, videos and blogs if available.

Keynotes

Besides hosting the conference, Willem Pieterson also presented the latest insights in measuring service quality. Willem replaced keynote speaker Reinier van Zutphen who wasn’t able to attend the conference due to unfortunate circumstances. After his presentation two keynote speakers followed:
