Working together differently in neighbourhoods

This session will explore the emerging approach for integrated neighbourhood working being implemented in Doncaster, UK – a challenging, economically disadvantaged area of the UK. Our health and social care teams have been prototyping a place-based approach that helps improve peolpe’s lives by provinding better support people to live well. We’ll share the principles, tools and activities that we’ve been testing. And we ask for your help to push forward our ambition!
