
Kara Kane is the Community Lead for user-centered design at GDS. She helps designers and user researchers share and learn from each other and supports the sharing of UCD best practice across the UK government.
The UK’s Government Digital Service (GDS), part of the Cabinet Office, helps the government to work better for everyone. We deliver things such as standards, tools and guidance that make it easy for organisations to produce excellent, user-centred digital services.
