Larissa Zegveld

Larissa Zegveld is managing director at Wigo4it, the corporation of the four largest Dutch municipalities – Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht – that provides ICT solutions in the social domain. In addition she’s president of the Dutch Standardisation Forum, which supports the Dutch government in the development, use and establishment of open standards for electronic information exchange. She’s a regular speaker and blogger in the area of digitalization in the Netherlands and ambassador for Gebruiker Centraal and Oefenen.nl.

Larissa advocates for an innovative government that addresses problems at their root cause and ap-plies user–centred design in its digitalization efforts. From her extensive experience in the social domain and digitalization, she advises professionals in other sectors on practises that enable sustainable and socially and economically responsible digital solutions that have a positive impact on societies.
