In recent years I have worked as a communications consultant and as Head of Communications at municipalities, water boards and at the national government. Now working as a project manager at the intersection of communication and services.
I have 16 years public sector experience in policy and service delivery, having worked with a number of APS organisations to plan for and implement change.

I’m a curious person interested in people’s motivations, drivers, and how I could help them accomplish their goals by designing user-friendly digital products. That’s how I ended up as a UX designer & UX researcher at Valsplat right after my graduation.
I believe in putting people at the centre of services. I like helping people and organisations understand their purpose and value, whilst having a positive impact and putting humans at the heart of their innovation.
