
Sander Haaksma is a veteran UX professional, Sander currently facilitates 12 development teams creating the most accessible user experience possible, in a scaled agile environment. All this using design systems, user research, lean UX practices, plus a lot of stakeholder engagement and extensive train travel.
As of January 1st 2021, twenty six individual Dutch environmental laws will be combined, creating one single piece of legislation. To succeed in this huge undertaking, an IT program (DSO) was initiated to build the underlying digital infrastructure and services. Using 12 software teams, the SAFE framework and (Lean) UX practices, we’re building towards a successful, user-friendly launch of one of the biggest IT programs currently active in the Netherlands.
