Willem Pieterson is a senior-level Researcher / consultant with extensive (project) management experience in the areas of (multi-channel) service delivery, organizational development and digitalisation.

He is the founder/owner at Pieterson Pieterson as well as the Adjunct director of the Center for eGovernment Studies (CFES) and an associate at PBLQ (management consulting). Willem manages and executes research and consultation projects with and for governments in the areas of digitalisation, service strategies, and data use.

Willem holds a PhD Cum Laude in Communication and has published over 50 academic articles, conference papers, research reports, books and book chapters on eGovernment, multi-channel service delivery and the role of data in governments and the public sector. He has worked with and for many governments, NGOs and governing bodies around the world, including the European Commission, WAPES, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and various governmental agencies at the national, regional and local level.

Willem will be the Conference host for these three days of keynote presentations, break-out sessions, workshops and excursions.

Measuring service quality

Conference host Willem Pieterson will give the latest insights of the recent research conducted in The Netherlands to develop a new model to measure service quality, in an international perspective. (Due to unfortunate circumstances, keynote speaker Reinier van Zutphen is not able to attend the conference.)
